Daniel and Jennifer Menden are Arkansas natives and are proud to call Sherwood home. In 2007 Menco was formed and has been an integral part of the construction industry ever since. Daniel brings hands-on expertise to every project, ensuring quality and attention to detail. He is actively involved on-site and is known for stepping in to assist subcontractors when needed.
Jennifer custom designs each floor plan with precision and creativity. She manages all client interactions, oversees design selections, coordinates scheduling, and ensures that each project stays within budget. Her keen eye for detail ensures every home is both beautiful and functional. Together, Daniel and Jennifer are committed to making the homebuilding process a smooth and enjoyable experience. Their personalized approach and strong work ethic help clients feel confident and supported during one of life’s most important decisions.
